Support for Block Puzzle Plus

Block Puzzle Plus is a block-fitting puzzle game for Android and iOS: drag blocks from your 3-piece tray onto a 12×12 grid, fill a full row or column to clear it and score, and chain or stack clears for combo bonuses.

How to play

• Drag any of your 3 blocks from the tray onto the grid.
• Complete a full row or column to clear it and score points.
• Clear 2 or more lines in a single move for a growing COMBO bonus, or clear lines on consecutive moves for a streak bonus.
• Classic mode is endless — the run ends once none of your 3 blocks fit anywhere on the board.
• Survival mode adds a bomb tile that's always ticking somewhere on the board — clear its row or column before the countdown reaches zero, or it's game over.
• Tap the pause button (or the device back button on Android) to pause mid-round.

Common questions

The leaderboard says "not available"

The leaderboard uses Google Play Games Services (Android) or Game Center (iOS). Make sure you're signed in to a Google account (Android) or Game Center (iOS) on your device, and that you have an internet connection.

I don't hear any sound

Check the sound toggle in the top bar on the home screen or in-game, and make sure your device isn't in silent/mute mode.

Something's broken, or you have feedback

Please include your device model and OS version (e.g. "Pixel 8, Android 15" or "iPhone 15, iOS 18") along with a description of what happened — it helps a lot in tracking issues down.
